ESS team is trash

Thanks ESS Rep.

 

I'm doing the best I can making a 20% premium salary, weekly overnights in 3-4 star hotels and meals on the house. The least I can do is make a few window calls during my leisurely travels.

 

You're a troll. You aren't the best of the best on our team, hardly anybody wanted or interviewed for these "jobs."

 

My ESS reps do absolutely NOTHING! We all hate them.

 

I like my team, we make a lot of calls together and double the impact.

 

My Endos laugh about the 2 we have!! It's a joke so they should laugh.

 

We make calls together so we don't get turned away at the front desk.

This team needs to be held accountable to selling their Endos. They are not held accountable for sales. They are not held accountable for teamwork with DSS. Creating this group has been a major failure for AZ! Look at what they are doing to the CDE program. Failure. Failure. Failure.
