Most of last year's PC winners had Nephrology experience and are still in the Top Rankings for PC in Q2.

Typical Opko. They give too much power and ownership to only one person. When Sean is on vacation or out sick, the Leaderboard is not generated. Can this task not be delegated? It doesn’t matter if it’s an important report to the sales force. SLT would rather leave us hanging over the long weekend. Awful.

Well here is the gist of the report. Most of you will make no bonus,
Some will make a pitiful bonus, two will make what is normally considered in the industry to be an “at goal” amount.

Mark Your calendar for Nov 16 the so called payout date for Q3 bonus. Right around the holidays (perfect timing) where bonuses help many of us survive. If you think Q3 will be bad just wait till you see what’s in store for Q4 and Q1 of 2019!
    Pitiful!

Isn't it peculiar that most of the realigned territories affected females that were in the Top 20 rankings? I guess the boyz club is still trying to protect the white guys at all costs.

Another female RSS fired. That's one per month. Does Kirk have a mandate that each manager fire a female RSS?

So if a male manager observes a female rep breaking a rule, what should he do? If he does nothing, then idiots like you say he’s incompetent or scared. If he takes action, then it’s bias. Which is it? What is your expert recommendation?

How many male RSSs were put on a PIP? How many male RSSs were fired?

Can someone please tell me why the two bottom RSM's are not on a PIP? One RSM has been on the bottom for over two years! If a RSS can be put on a PIP, so can a RSM! ?

Men talk 92% of the time on conference calls

If you are listening in on a corporate earnings call, it’s likely a man will be on the other line. In a new analysis of 155,000 company conference calls over the past 19 years, men dominated talking on the corporate conference call, speaking 92% of the time, according to automated research firm Prattle, which did the numbers at Bloomberg’s request.

Wait, I thought that females couldn’t go on a PIP. Which is it? Does she go on a PIP? Or does she get special treatment because she’s a female?
