Green, Yellow, Orange, Red

HR please do your job. There’s a pattern of hostile work environment, bullying and lack of respect for TBMs. Just ask any former or present employee. We can’t all be wrong.

Anyone who works with this individual at any level knows he is condescending, argumentative and disrespectful. As TBMs we hear all about him and it’s a running joke.

POA coming up. If HR wants to show that they care, have them run a 360 or start/stop/continue excise during your Regional breakout. But someone, or the whole team can move forward to request it. If HR refuses, then everyone knows that nothing will every change, the revolving door in the Region will continue, and it’s time to leave.

He took it up a notch at the POA. A one man band. Loves the sound of his voice.

Certain people are not cut out to be parents, pet owners and in this case RBDs. The best decision I ever made was to quit. I do miss Intercept and the good friends I made but I don’t miss working in fear and afraid to speak up. This individual should not be leading teams. He lies and bends the truth. The few left in his current team feel the same way but will never admit to it because of fear of retaliation.

All of the above is true. I recently left his team and I’m better for it. The worst leader I have ever worked for. My customers despised him. He has no self control or awareness.

A legend in his own mind. It’s funny to see nothing has changed with him. I’m glad I don’t work for him anymore.

Let’s go down memory lane during a field ride:
- you get to hear how great he is
- if I was running this company conversation
- all his accomplishments on how he has done it all
- validate him don’t challenge his thought process
- never letting you detail customers because he takes over every call

Funny! It’s been 3 years since I was there and nothing has changed. He was so far behind the times and no one could convince him differently
