All the reps that weren’t furloughed, are being issued a 50% Of normal paycheck based on future, post covid, commissions. Basically, reps have been working for free for past 3 months, and are now in debt to the company and many are struggling to pay their bills and starting to get VERY defeated. Can’t qualify for Unemployment benefits. No one in management will talk about it, or offer reps any hope of debt I predict a HUGE revolution with sales force in the near future. The Tim Sullivan days of strong team culture has completely melted.
