A pharmaceutical rep from a small company has been setting up clinic days in offices to meet with patients and help with prior auth forms. What would you do?
Original poster. It is a competitor and the offices love it in that she trains patients and helps get PA's approved. I know it's against Phrma Guidelines but if their company doesn't care or follow the guidelines, what can I do?
