Okay am I missing something?
Why does everyone mock the fact that JF is/was a professional tennis player? Wtf is wrong with that? He also has a degree in finance..his expertise in tennis doesn’t take away from his work..that’s a pretty well rounded man in my opinion..he’s also not ugly..just sayin’

Are you his wife or girlfriend? It's so obvious you have no clue about pharmaceutical sales. A tennis player and finance does not make for a very good Pharma sales Director (or whatever his title is - doesn't matter). This job he is in is way above his head. Not only does he not have the self awareness to identify this, he has created a lot of harm for talented people. Soon, there won't be enough people left for him to even try to do his job. It's too late.

'Professional' tennis player + unused finance degree = not a good (at best) Sales Director.

HATE TO BREAK OT TO ALL OF YOU…but 99% of us in medical sales have useless degrees that have absolutely NOTHING to do with sales or MEDICINE so ya’ll need to get off your high horses..I have a BS degree and I’ve been incredibly successful in sales.

I know enough to be in the top 30% of the company as a rep but I feel like that’s not saying much since so many of you blatantly just suck..

The fact that JF was a tennis pro in Montgomery says a lot about even that ability. The part you are missing is his total resume. He has ZERO pharmaceutical experience outside Kowa. He has that position so Jeff can control him. Jeff is the true problem here. He has surrounded himself with yes people. All the senior leadership are just puppets for Jeff. Jeff has reached his Peter Principal position. He is unable to do that job and is floundering. He made a lot of promises and delivered what?

Being a tennis pro itself is not a bad thing. Being hired because you are the CEO’s wife’s tennis coach is the issue . I too, am bitter about the crap choices made for us. We trusted them and we can’t even get a coupon that works without issues. But did JF make these choices? I don’t think so. I am sure he’s as worried as the rest of us!

WAIT. Did I just read JF has no other pharmaceutical experience outside Kowa? So only Kowa? Wow. Kind of speechless.

I think we all forget that JF is not at the top of the totem pole..there are people above him who make decisions that even he has no say in..I really do think he’s as frustrated as the rest of us..I think he’s done well with what has been presented to him.
