Can we please revisit how useless the kams are? Why are these positions still around? They bring absolutely zero value and no actual sales. If we eliminated these positions that would definitely help our bottom line and look good for both investors and the board

It must be very hard to secure appointments with c suite people like Cap’n Crunch. You must be so proud of your KAM for achieving these types of elite introductions.

Seriously? If you can’t get those appointments yourself you are an absolute joke and should not be in sales. Every kam I’ve ever worked with has asked me to set appointments for them. They do absolutely nothing and are the biggest waste of money in this company.
 




My KAM has helped a lot. Gotten our products on formulary, on EMR, used in hospitals, in prisons, in jails. Most TBMs aren’t comfortable there or don’t have time. I’m glad I have this support. Maybe you should try leveraging yours instead of complaining.

Which kam is that? I can assure you that the ones I’ve met east of the Mississippi arent worth a damn. And if a tbm feels uncomfortable doing those things then they need to be fired. Kams are useless bottom line

It’s not a people issue, it’s a numbers issue. Simply have too many KAMs...who are then forced to defend their role based on soft metrics or get fired. All the ones I know were great TBMs...they didn’t become POS because they got a new title. Just too many based on the business need.
