30 new RBMs starting here soon. Look for rep hirings to be very political with managers dragging their precious dead wood reps along with them.

Unfortunately, this is a common practice with these new build out sales forces. Managers definitely bring their old buddy reps over. Makes for a toxic environment but still happens quite often.

No excuses here. It’s called reality.

 

Yes TAS are the positions being phone screened now by recruiting team. Once managers are on boarded, they will interview top 5-6 candidates for each territory.

Anyone know the difference between a TAS and mental health account specialist ??

 

TAS has their own territory. Then the mental health account specialist pretty much overlays all the territories in the region and calls on mental health centers.

 

which one do you think is better? I applied for both.

I’d rather have my own individual territory. If you don’t have relationships getting into mental health centers and ccmh is going to be very difficult as they will soon find out.
