Oh yes. She was as stupid as you get.They moved her to another country just to avoid paying her a lot of money to fire her.The amateur CEO was the one who chose her.Some more egg on his face...if he hasn’t had enough already

i have worked with her since her German days and she is surely not the smartest cookie

I clearly remember our old boss Jurek, advised Lars to get someone who has already HR experience and not KVER. Lars so arrogantly told him and others that he wants a "business person". This is what happens when you so naively put an inexperienced person at the top of a unit they have never tried before. Arrogance and stupidity of Lars combined with KVER's greed for a better SVP title, is the reason she does not have a job today.

 

how do you know, why would Jurek say that in front of you? Maybe she has personal reasons for leaving, 3 years there is enough and she will not be there anymore when the big layoff comes.

 

She probably got canned since she is not Danish.If she was they would have moved her to another corner of the organization.

 

They were probably waiting for the right time to can her.Surprising that it happened just before the layoffs and planned negotiation with the unions.
