Phil is bad. Wasn’t there for WL and for Miss DS to still be here after her NSM stunt is total BS. She basically hijacked her room so she could get her private room which she never earned, got to keep it, yet so many other reps possibly home office employees deserved that room yet she still has her job through this Corona thing and WL doesn’t. Very odd. Yet Phil thinks he is moving on up.

 

Yes very $hitty I remember last few year WL winning awards, DS prick move period. She thinks she walks on water. And Phil thinks he should be in DC spot or MD spot. When those promotions were announced he thought he was moving into MD’s spot

He never thought he was up for a promotion. He arrived here thinking he was better then MD from the get go. He was more qualified. He lives on the west coast. He believes he is in the right spot and most qualified.

 

If Phil had half the coverage the rest of the company has (Florida, Texas and Tennessee)..he would be kicking everyones ass. He would run circles on MD in that position and when the opportunity presents itself he will show that. Don’t hate on Phil, he brings more to Avion than any other manager here

What excuses have been made? Coverage being a factor that is hindering the success of one team while catapulting others is not an excuse..just facts.
