LTC is drowning

    It was shaky to begin with, now Austedo sales force is taking some share. Not sure if this division will ever be profitable.

    All good on the psych side. My LTC counterparts have been slugs though

    This is a real question. If the LTC team is drowning why is the LTC team told it’s the psych team that’s drowning? How can we really tell which team is underperforming?

    Yes its the age old question with inflated field sales of who's really doing the work to drive the business when you have so many reps calling on the same providers or influencers of our product?

    Leadership can look at sales for each individual team. There isn’t as much overlap on customers as there use to be. When psych and LTC split in January it was advised to not have two reps pre customers unless each could see and influence the provider at their site of care.
