    MIS has been sold to Denstply. The deal was finalized&papers were signed in Barcelona. It will be announced publicly in 2 months...

    Is turnover still high at this company? Funny Dentsply isn't slapping their name on any of the MIS products. They just wanted the international business. The U.S. division is dead. Any estimates on how long before Motti and the New CEO are let go?

    At the GNY, it looked like most of their top reps had fled en masse to other implant companies, including the several new Israeli manufacturers entering the scene (Paltop, Tag, etc.). Those staying at MIS are either hoping to become DENTSPLY-Sirona employees or are too dumb, lazy, or naïve to bail.

    No money to be made. Prepare to live off your low base and car allowance. A lot of reps lie about mileage to get extra cash. Culture encourages deception in order to make a living. Prepare to have doors slammed in your face more than the average sales job. Not a well known product or brand in most markets. If known, not well respected. Considered a "cheap" brand for cheap doctors, not quality. A lot of failed implants with this company and cheap tools that break.

    Dentsply made a HUGE mistake investing in MIS-USA... Disappointing is an understatement. STAY FAR-FAR AWAY from this company. It's a company with no vision, disorganized leadership and little to no career advancement. Then there's the CEO/"President" Motti... who is completely incompetent. Ehhhh Motti is sexist, arrogant & greedy. It's pretty well known that he got lucky with cheap products when coming into the market. He refers to his outside sales rep as "Kelevs" which is hebrew for DOGS... You would think he would fake a little respect or appreciation, considering 50+ employees out of a 100 person company have left this disgraceful organization within the past few years. Advice to current employees--Get out as fast as you can! Collect your salary but find a REAL company that truly respects your hard work, and a management team that actually knows what they are doing.

    If you are a Doctor, I would strongly advise to look else where, as the quality of products are similar to fisher price--Looks nice on the outside but clinically you will receive disastrous results. Increased failures and bone loss year over year, despite claiming no "bad batches." If you are looking for a more cost effective implant system other than the top name brands, I would highly recommend companies such as Sweden&Martina, Neodent, Biohorizons or Adin. Then, you'll be working with more knowledgable sales representatives who won't disappear within a few months simply because of the disrespectful treatment of MIS- USA. To current Reps, there are many great quality products out there you'll need to compete with, and they are most likely from better managed companies. Make the CHANGE for your own dignity or continue being looked at from the dental industry as nothing more than a cheap knock off brand. There is no real future with this company. GET OUT NOW!!!

    Most importantly- FIRE Motti ASAP...He is the primary reason this company has continued to lose revenue, market share and top quality reps year over year. Of course there have been many MANY other unqualified leaders, admins and employees underneath him, but ultimately the fault falls on him. It's clear that he is basically winging it, and has ZERO clue what he's doing at all times...Ehhhhh Ehhhh how do you say complete LOSER...Advice to MIS Global Management: Your failing in the USA market and will continue to lose, as you have a "President" who is not respected among current or former employees, or doctors who have experienced his absurdities. Find a true leader or continue to watch the MIS- USA market crash and burn!! What a complete JOKE this company is within the US Dental Community

    Stay far away from S&M. Worst company in the industry. Turn over is fast . It is the interim job if you really need to pay your electric bill. Certainly doesn't pay enough to make your mortgage. You need a second job to just get by on the crappy pay and lousy benefits . Products are nothing special and there is no interest in this system. They leave open territories with no support or have several loser reps in one area . Never heard of Aiden . MIS is a reliable company and BH is the best choice. What's Neodent ?

    A very well thought out post but you have some major flaws in it.

    Motti will never be "fired". He IS MIS-USA. He started it on his own moving his family to the US selling implants door to door in NYC. He still owns a stake in MIS-Global. While his leadership skills are lacking, working for MIS can advance your career if you have the right mentality going in. Only a couple sales people have been promoted and had any long term success AT MIS, but you can use your time at MIS to get a better job at another company.

    But be very careful, working for MIS can also ruin your career and make you virtually unhireable. A sales job at MIS should only be for single people under 30 who can live off the base salary. Personally, I enjoyed my time while working there and I moved on to greener pastures.

    But the turmoil of turnover is toxic to the overall company. Charlie leaving continues to show that.
