130s median pay but some get low 140s. Regardless it’s a shit show. Wise to stay away unless you are out of work and need a jump start until something better comes along.

Of the 7 people in my new hire training for Xyrem that took place 2 years ago, only 2 of the 7 are still at Jazz. What does that tell you? A 71% turnover rate is absolutely terrible.

Some managers here are pretty good. Look closely at the regions with the high turnover. That speaks volumes about the bad managers. Can’t spin it. High turnover speaks directly to bad leadership.

Indeed this Greenwich division is a far cry from what it was 3.5 years ago. It’s been infiltrated and watered down immensely.
