Non competes don’t hold up for employees without proprietary knowledge. I’m sure you know that. We’re not scientists. We don’t work in regulatory. We know what the street knows. And is Axs really going to $end lawyer power after a handful of reps just trying to make ends meet? I doubt it. Possibly if their ego is hurt more than their business.

Nice scare tactic though. I’ll take my chances to give my family a better life. It’s a bad look on employers who do this low brow intimidation.

This is legit. Just had a talk with hiring manager. Starting salary is higher than what I was brought in at. Tops out at that 185k. Straight from the horse’s mouth.

You must have missed the debacle at ITCI when they found out they couldn’t hire a bunch of Sunovion reps because of non-competes. Offers went out and were rescinded after the lawyers got involved.

Non-competes generally don’t mean squat unless the employer seeks to enforce them.
