She is not dumb, but entirely lacks healthcare experience, applications experience, or industrial systems experience: and these gaps are major & are negatively impacting IA
Btw, her standard catch-phrase is "we did this at Coke" - well, at Sanofi, we make complex life-saving medicines; what worked for soda-pop will NOT work in biopharma. Go away Coca-cola lady!
