The organization is not prepared. Very unrealistic expectations

First of all the drug has zero.....repeat ZERO coverage will be not covered for close to a year and even then probably a low tier. Second hospitals will not address the drug until it is covered by insurance and then it will have to run through formulary protocol. Formulary protocol takes minimum 8 months and averages 12-14 months and that is on top of waiting for insurance coverage. So best case is 18 months until the first formulary CONSIDERATION and then price will be a factor. By Sepetmber sales leadership will be crying about lack of coverage as to why they are failures.....the finger pointing will begin and by Feb of 2024 lights out.

True. Take the paycheck and run. Tell them what they want to hear and make it seem like you are onboard with their nonsense. Use them in the manner in which they are using you.
