Is the culture really that bad? You have an opening in my area. I’m considering the opportunity. I have 3 years of oncology experience.
I’d say it’s an average oncology opportunity. There are some good parts of the culture and some not. If you have a good manager it can be a pretty good place. But an increased focus on call metrics has made it feel more big pharma. What part of the country?
If the manager is BF that’s a very good thing. If not, do your homework and talk to reps on the team to know what you’d be getting into.Thank you for your kind reply. The Northeast. How is the manager there?
What happened to AC? Where’d he go?
Couldn’t agree more. He left for Soul Ballads.Perhaps he preferred working for a REAL oncology company.
Jazz is not one.
Look at his track record. He doesn’t last very long anywhere. He says all the right things, checks the right boxes and gets the job. But he doesn’t do much, isn’t a leader, and can rarely handle questions posed to him. And when all of this becomes painfully obvious to everyone, he moves on to the next victim. Lather, rinse, repeat. Why would AC leave? He never did anything and collected a handsome paycheck.
I guess it’s good for him to move on. It’s also good for everyone else that he’s going. Quite possibly the worst leader I’ve seen
AC was pushed out , there is no other possibility. Did someone go to HR?
