Radius Recruiting

Does Syneos/inVentiv Health still handle the recruitment process for Radius, or does Radius do that for themselves, now? I resigned from an active inVentiv contract a while back and fear I may be on their naughty list. Might not matter...perhaps I don't have what it takes (on paper) to get a nod anyway, but still curious.

heard that stupid syneos starts the process, and then idiot radius handles it from there.

why do you even consider a "naughty list". jesus fucking christ, how old are you? grow up, and stop letting this companies dictate your life. they don't give a shit about you, either way.

It is truly incredible how people think these jobs are actually good too.

The fact that there is even this dialogue occurring, just states the obvious again. 50% turnover and climbing. People need to work, completely understand everyone knows this just a job. There is no commitment from employe's, management does not care and are waiting for their large package upon dissolution of Radius. No fix here except for negation of buy-out....hopefully soon.

Big package? 4-6 weeks severance at best when we fold. During the first lay off CSSs got 4 weeks severance, 6 weeks if they were here a year. It was the same for the couple of RSMs that got laid off that June. They won't have money for big packages. I'm looking for a job like everyone else here. Just a quarter or so and we are done.

Individuals at the senior level negotiate that at the time signing their offer for a job. It it the way it works once you reach senior level. So, yes they will have a golden parachute at the time of buy out or closure. Understand now why they do not care, might be a small blemish of their resume but that all it is. Understandable the worst decision I have made about my career, it would be great if we could all submit a lists of lies we were told at the time of hiring and send to board. Should I just start a list, car allowance, bonus structure, market access, professional development.

The only leaders who have stayed at Radius are the ASDs who haven't been fired, as they have limited skill sets to offer other companies, and about a little less than half of the original RSMs, becuase they have nowhere to go. At least half of the reps are gone, and one would have to think that they are either complacent with a paycheck and aren't working, in other words lazy, or are still there becuase they haven't landed their next job.

So for you all who wish to join Radius understand there will be no leadership or understand of basic basic business principles. For example relationship development with KOL, listening to non-popular thoughts from anyone. Non-motivating from the conception of sales force. Bone loss in individuals is not a practitioners priority and Radius did nothing to change the paradigm . Shame on them, many of us told them to change their focus. Sad many individuals are having life changing events because of bone loss. All about corporate greed. Apply, accept salary, understand that below industry standards, but be knowledge that this company is only about their short term gain, not yours.

Amgen will eat their lunch because of poor leadership and no real vision.

After being here over a year I recently started applying for jobs, and on the phone screen I had last week the recruiter asked why they had so many applicants from Radius for their open positions. Whoever is recruiting for us has great job security with as much turnover as we have. They’ll be lining up lambs for the slaughterhouse until we finally have to close the doors.

Seriously now. Look at your “leaders”. ASDs. - a bunch of unqualified leaders. They are great at politics and trying to move up by pushing aside or ignoring real talent. RSMs. - what are they doing? Are they managing a sales team or doing everything else but motivate and manage a team. ELT. - wtf are you guys doing? Seriously other than the “no shit” hot air that comes out of your mouth, what value do you truly bring. It starts with leadership top down and board members should take a closer look. They suck! We had some talented folks leave and you can look at the lack of leadership to blame. Am I wrong here? One other thought. Why are the same lame people getting promoted in the field? Ok their territory is performing, but do they actually work in their territory or go around doing everything else but trier job? Posting for higher level roles are already preselected to go to the same washed up kiss asses that are useless in today’s market versus looking at other folks who actually have talent to offer. If Radius falls flat on your face, you can look at “leadership” who allowed this subjective shit to happen.
