haven't heard a thing about anyone re interviewing for positions........if it's true I hope ALL managers are having to interview in ALL departments not just sales!! Right now it feels like we are all in a holding pen waiting to be led to slaughter....no one is talking and no one is working........2 more weeks and we will find out what our new jobs and new company look like.

There are some managers that I would like to see gone
 








People keep saying that no reps will be displaced but I find that very hard to believe. There is just no way they can keep that head count within endo, women's health and inc.
 


The way it was explained to me was some of the management positions are being down-graded so people have the choice of taking an out package or interviewing for their downgraded position. We have a lot of managers who need to go. The waiting is just flat out torture. I'm having a hard time getting excited about anything and I have a ride along next week.
 


I am so sorry you all are going through this torture. I used to work at EES years ago and this sounds awful. Hope all works out for everyone. Definitely start interviewing. There is a good life with way better compensation and culture out of J&J/EES for sure.
 


I think it is a pathetic joke that these managers are still riding around with their reps?! WTF?! I guarantee that will be your LAST ride along with him. He will be gone, I am sure by Sept. These managers are in la la land. They seem to all be in denial thinking everything is going to be ok. HELLO....
I wanted to plan a trip over seas in the beginning of Sept. Is that too risky? Should I hold off on booking my trip and wait and see? But everything seems to have been pushed back already. We were all waiting for some news at the end of June and nothing. Then, we waited for the Town Hall and nothing.....
I think it is ridiculous how they do not give us a timeline. It is rude how they are stringing us along and we are the backbone of the success of the organization. We are treated like shit.

Why does this surprise anyone? Given the history of how poorly product launches are executed thus resulting in backorders and don't get me started on the recalls and the poor handling of those. It really shouldn't surprise anyone that the decision makers on project constitution haven't shared a hard lined PLAN. It's because they haven't got a PLAN or a clue or any balls!! I thought this was going to be a new company and EES "niceness" was a thing of the past? It seems the kool aid drinking, stepford ways are continuing, too bad too because healthcare is changing more rapidly than they realize. We don't have time to listen to meaningless cryptic messages from our leaders! We keep hearing there won't be any layoffs.....just jobs that will change.....huh? How can the bottom line be improved if there aren't layoffs?.......jobs that will change? shit, that means salaries that will change too and ultimately the change in job will not result in a highly motivated, engaged employee.......how is all this beneficial to results?
Just hang on 2 more weeks and we will find out more.....it will be cryptic and leave us guessing, again. No one knows what the hell they're doing.....unbelievable and yet humorous.
 


I am in Inc, and we were clearly told at our NTM that there will be layoffs. Most Inc reps I talk to are now in final interviews to leave (except for the very tenured reps, probably the only ones working now). I have to give the company credit for being honest upfront about layoffs in Inc.

Endo and inc have both had new reps hired within the last few weeks...sound like a company getting ready to lay off a bunch of people?
 


I am with Inc too and they have hinted every which way possible that there will be layoffs and only the strong( and those that can sell Prineo) will survive. Tim and Chuck both stood on stage at NTM and said about 100 times change might not be pretty. Take that however you want... I am not interviewing but a lot of people have already left or plan on leaving. We will know the leadership team next week and the call is August 9th. They promised full disclosure so hopefully that means a heads up on layoffs.
 








There are 23 open territories accross the country at inc, yet there definitely was a class of new hires in June. Maybe it's a geography thing? Maybe they aren't backfilling reps in areas that are already congested (ie northeast)? Who knows
 




well at least those ones actually made it through training and into a territory unlike the last training class when they axed everyone after they quit their prior jobs. Awesome planning on that!
