Salary

Hey guys, I see throughout the posts that the pay is not good at BT. I have an interview and the recruiter said the base is 45k non-negotiable. (that sounds a little low, even for low pay?!?) Is this true? Even with pharma experience? I am just wondering if this is truly non-negotiable... please don't comment with smart remarks. I just need credible info so I don't waste my time, and I never entirely rely on recruiters. Any help is appreciated! Thanks.

 

Your info is solid. When I started with Braintree in the late '90's, the base was mid-30's. We've come a long way since then!

the salary sucks, they work you like dogs, and the dictatorship style management is even worse.
