Arbitrary goals, inaccurate goals, missing/incorrect data, managed care access that isn't equal across the nation, the list goes on and on. Talk to me when you really understand all of the uncontrollables that happen when being paid to hit a goal. Stop with the PIP nonsense and focus on better data and forecasting.
