I just told by a good source that BMS is exploring selling off the drug to cut its losses

So, continuing to maintain fiction of success to not affect negotiations and to avoid a hit on stock value, while they try to sell it off,

as opposed to just gutting half the sales force by end of year and signalling that they are pulling the plug

if they succeed in selling off the drug, the buying company will lay all of us off
