    Volunteering not an option. But has not been completely ruled out. DSM’s have been sworn into secrecy. If any of your pod members received a higher “early” read, they will likely be retained. You will be the lucky one if you are hoping to be released. Subjectivity from 10% to 30% was weaseled in late in the game in order to give leadership opportunity to put in a vote for who they want to be kept. Bad things coming for growth brands that are not Oncology.

    Complete BS. For one thing, DSM's would NEVER be told prior to a layoff, since 1) they will be part of it, 2) most are complete gossip hounds and would share with their buds. From there, it would spread like wildfire. Secondly, Resp Biologics is expanding as a growth brand, so your wrong there too.

    So true. There are always a lot of middle managers which includes Regionals and also some veteran Account Directors who will pretend that they know the scoop because they of course are so fucking important. The reality is that they will learn 24 hours before we do and many of them will be affected too. This company will continue to change just like every other Pharma company but these clown won't be involved.

    The start of 2018 is the same as 2017,16,15,14........
    Layoffs, rumors of layoffs, and finally, no one has been credible.
    So, why should this thread be any different? ITS NOT!!!
    At least you people are "consistent" in your futile efforts.

    Your AZ insurance in retirement is first a nightmare, then a joke, and finally gone after you reach the $25K max.
    You can purchase much better insurance for less than the AZ monthly premium. My advice is to take every dime you can get from AZ before you leave. Hire and attorney who is familiar with lump sum pension payout formulas and let them deal with AZ when they try to screw you. And they will screw you either by incompetence or on purpose. They make multiple mistakes and never in your favor.
