Success

What are the more successful districts executing that the lower performing districts aren’t? There is such a stark difference amongst numbers.

Simple the managers are after your butt everyday if you’re not generating new SEG writers then you’re forced out. This is like selling Livalo. You actually have to work 100% every day. Morning and night.

I don’t believe it to be that simple from personal experience. There is a nuance to it.
The laws vary from state to state. In some areas, it’s much easier to prescribe controlled medications. No one is going to tell you their secrets when 50 spaces of rank are separated by 2 Trx. And the secrets aren’t all that earth shattering anyway. Sometimes it’s who you know and who you’re related to.

It’s simple: those who execute the WITT model are successful; those who do not, aren’t.

LOL Thanks JM. The key to it is find just 1 person willing to write. It still takes so little per week to matter. Find the one Podiatrist or Urologist who does a lot of vasectomies'. You can go zero to hero in one week. The key is how to get to double digits per week. Ignore the call plan and hunt for the high value commercial targets who write Hydro or Tramadol. Which can you turn and how much effort will it take.

you sound smart. I like you. But that still doesn’t explain why some districts as a whole do better than others..

I think a number of factors.
1. Luck: You can't underestimate this when it takes so little to be good
2. Access: All territories are not the same. Getting in front of the right people consistently matters. OBVIOUSLY
3. Geographies: Denser populations with greater opportunities have an advantage. If they ever work out the copay card issues, and gain traction those territories with the biggest opportunities will win. Montgomery isn't growing anymore. She is doing a fantastic job but how much opportunity does she have?

isn’t she the one that’s married to the ortho that prescribes for her?

I really do not know that’s why I asked scroll up someone else said “who you’re married to” as one of the causes for success. It may be another rep. Don’t be so defensive.
So in your world I guess it is okay to lie about an incredibly nice person and then expect to not get called out for it? You call it defensive, I call it just helping set the record straight.

Hey dope- The poster ASKED. There is a difference between asking and lying. Everyone knows that Montgomery is filled with tennis and golf buddy docs/ pharmacists of the Stakley family. Let's not act as if there's no home field advantage.
