Dude, you totally work for one of these companies dont you? Your analogy of Michael Jordan and the Wizards gave it away. MJ was on his way out when he played for the Wizards, kinda' like you.

I will leave you with one last reminder, motivate yourself, dont depend on others to motivate you. If you're so unhappy, start interviewing, but I have a feeling you will have the same problem no matter where you go.

 

You both have good points. You have to be motivated but it helps when you have great management and a cohesive team along side of you when you have a vision for big things as a company. It doesn't seem like either of these companies have that type of culture or cohesiveness.
