If you read the Osteohealth and Riemser posts it seems like management is pretty currupt and made some unethical decisions that directly affected the companies' downfall. I mean, reps should not be winning legal monetary settlements against the company. I agree that we control our own destiny, but when management creates such a cancerous environment it depletes morale. I was told that Riemser's new GM has no dental experience (Came from the Steel industry) and laid everyone off because he believes that a few inside sales people will do a better job.
Osteohealth, c'mon, how do you lose 40% + of your business in 2-3 years? Reps build businesses and it is the manager's job to strategize (product selection, aggressive commissions, KOL plans etc...) and the leader's job is to motivate and create a vision. If you cannot understand this concept, then you are probably a Riemser or Osteaohealth manager and you probably created this post too. Quite frankly, it is sad that these companies don't do a better job of interviewing potential managers and leaders instead of promoting guys that use the word "bro".
And "Bro" if you think that athletes don't give a fuck about the management staff and coaching staff making them better, then you never competed athletically. Ask Michael Jordan what happened when he played for the Wizards. The fact that I have to school your uneducated ass shows me you're a Kool-Aid drinking moron that will be promoted to be the next manager at Osteohealth or Riemser.
Dude, you totally work for one of these companies dont you? Your analogy of Michael Jordan and the Wizards gave it away. MJ was on his way out when he played for the Wizards, kinda' like you.
I will leave you with one last reminder, motivate yourself, dont depend on others to motivate you. If you're so unhappy, start interviewing, but I have a feeling you will have the same problem no matter where you go.
