Well, Astellas is giving us a 4% merit raise in January.
Less than 10 people will hit goal or make any decent bonus.
We are mega micro managed beyond anything you can imagine.
Retina is a well paid subspecialty. Don't be mad at us for our salaries. It has nothing to do with you. If you want higher salaries, maybe look at other specialty markets and try getting your foot in the door there. With it comes a lot of travel, poor physician access and high stress.
