The people who are on this site bitching need to get a clue. Dermatology is a great specialty to be in and I got news for you all - this is actually one of the few derm companies that is actually growing and adding people. Who else in derm is growing ? Nobody and that is a fact. The reality is the more you grow your territory the more success and investment this place will get. Just ask anybody that has come here from one of those big companies that is laying off their people and or losing products due to patent expiration. We are actually selling a great product and my manager is actually a good guy that cares about my success. So lets stop bitching and or just leave if the grass is so green at another company.
