New York (September 12, 2017, 5:32 PM EDT) -- A Massachusetts federal judge on Tuesday set an Oct. 15, 2018, trial date for six former Insys Therapeutics Inc. executives and managers accused of bribing doctors to prescribe a spray version of the opioid fentanyl intended to treat cancer pain, often to patients without cancer.

At a Boston status conference, U.S. District Judge Allison D. Burroughs set the date for an estimated 10-week trial for Michael L. Babich, Alec Burlakoff, Michael J. Gurry, Richard M. Simon, Sunrise Lee and Joseph A. Rowan.

Is this an f*in joke? All 6 are going to jail for a very LONG time. When employees, past and present have hard evidence backing all of the illegal allegations against these 6 and then some... TCrom (aka current West Coast ASD).... the hammer is sure to come down and HARD. This isn't being taken lightly. All of executive management at Insys treated subsys like we were selling Tylenol. "Fentanyl for everybody!" This isn't a lie, or stretching the truth. It is a FACT! Doctors have written testaments about this behavior. Reps and managers alike have been kicked out of offices by MD's that saw through all this illegal crap. So stop sitting on this site spewing garbage because you sound like an idiot. Mike, Alec, Rich, Joe, Gurry & Sunrise will pay for there crimes, both financially and behind bars.

Morning Grandma! We all understand you have found this site and use it as your means to try to support one of the bad guys going to jail. Aren't you just so sweet (and naïve).

Definitely not guilty. Lawyered up and ready to litigate and reduce to a misdemeanor.

These people are guilty as charged. Whoever's adamantly posting 'NOT GUILTY' is guilty of some seriously wishful thinking. Rest easy, if you have not been indicted yet, you're probably in the clear.

You're right. Most likely they walk away with a couple of parking violations.

The one posting "not guilty" is just a relative of one of the 6 going to jail. Thats why they never atrempt to lead with facts. They have none. And when they are not on the site screaming innocent, they are wishing and praying for a miracle. Its really quite sad.

It's going to be VERY NICE to see those 6 get what they DESERVE - locked up like the weasels they are!

You are right, Granny. They all get to go home from trial like nothing ever happened. Not one of them is going to jail, not one family has been torn apart, all the money they made illegally is theirs to keep, and they all have an exciting career ahead of them (after being out of work for two years come trial day). And it's not like people have even heard about the opioid crisis .

Who are you trying to convince? Yourself? Shouldn't be too difficult. How did that old song go
    "What a fool believes......"

I can tell you one thing you obviously don't know that they have found nothing on some of them. Feds even tried to set some of them up with no luck . Not guilty! The ones that are guilty is the doctors that knowingly prescribed the drugs. What the hell do you think a drug company does? Promote the drug, increase sales that's what they are hired to do!

These are actual federal indictments. The Feds obviously had found "something" on all of them.

    Feds got nothing on them.

There is something called an anti kickback law and the fact that they paid doctors an absurd amount of money based on their rx numbers puts them at fault as well.

Name the "some of them" who you believe the Feds can't nail. So many posts about the speaker programs, but what about the reimbursement unit scam ? Tell us if you truly believe those execs are included in your "some". What they did was so blatantly illegal.
