What inspires people to want to work for Amplity?

It seems like a constant Sh*t show to work at Amplity. What motivates people to want to work for them?

 

Every other Friday they put cash in my bank account

 

Agree, mainly the cash. They are a very cheap company.

 

How sad is that

 

At least show some management abilities and have a company wide call with Everyone! Really! Tell the scoop on status on big projects! All Key contracts. Mention that employees are protected with severance and will be ramped up to a new project. Learn how to lead!

 

WHO exactly is getting a severance package?!

In this current environment? Not sad at all!

 

Unfortunately unless severance is in the contract your not getting anything. This is contract Pharma. It’s at will.

 

What inspires any rep to want to work for any pharma company these days? CASH.

 

Don’t come to Amplity. This company stinks. They sent out an email telling everyone that they had deep pocket and planned to take care of employees. Then laid off 2 contracts. Pay through 4/30. So as of 5/1/20 there is no health insurance for the laid off workers. Then sent an email that we would receive info on Cobra within 45 days after 4/30. A decent company would have made the last day 5/1/20 giving employees coverage through May. A national pandemic, deep pockets and no insurance coverage past 4/30. I am seriously disgusted with the cheapness of this company. Starbucks is taking better care of their people.

 

Does Amplity even have new contracts coming up?
I agree CEO did say it has deep pockets.
If your laid off for more than 60 days they count you as new employee and start your years of service all over again.
Wish Amplity could of helped with health care insurance for a few months now that contract is over. Mr deep pockets

how can you blame Amplity for laying off 2 teams? That’s not their decision, it’s the company who contracts them. Point the blame in the right direction

 

They could have provided medical benefits for a couple of months due to their being a pandemic. The government is paying small business to pay their employees for 60 days. Even Starbucks is paying their employees and they are closed.
