What reps think of acell

For all the complainers and naysayers. The company is coming off it's biggest quarter in the history of the company. They continue to expand, producing new data, and moving in to Canada.

70K base
Fuel paid for
No car allowance
Average rep makes 85K or less. Don't let any recruiter or manager tell you differently.
Good company, lots of turnover. Most likely attributed to high cost, non reimbursed skin substitute in a saturated market with minimal clinical data.

Hello,
I'm hoping to get an interview with ACell was wondering what the salary range and benefits are? Thank you

Can someone please explain to me what they're not getting reimbursed for? I'm new to this and have a possible interview next week. Thank you for any info.

Mateo,

Go somewhere else and interview. They will lie and tell you everything you want to hear in the interview but it’s all lies. The product sucks and bacistracin works better on sounds. So to answer your question about reimbursement, they will never get it, just like they don’t get contracts rewards for big systems and then blame reps when they don’t put up numbers. The management doesn’t work either. They are all managers because of time in grade but do not know the first thing about leadership nor have previous leadership experience to be in those type of positions. I’m sure not all of them are bad but most of them don’t know how to help motivate sales reps. Not sure where you’re located, but I was in the east coast but I heard the west coast managers are idiots and lazy.

Oh and they have a relatively new VP of sales that came from healhpoint and J&J named Brad Adams who I heard he got let go from almost every position he held in the medical field and he doesn’t give a shit about the reps and doesn’t do a lick of work or leading. Just collects a paycheck. In summary, you don’t want to work for a company with such poor leadership. Go elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

Thank you very much for the information and warning. I decided to look elsewhere after your reply as well as many other negative reviews.

Atlanta rep visited Jacksonville in hopes of a promotion, but DD didn’t deliver. Now she’s telling everyone what happened.

Old news. She told 2 or 3 people who each told 5 people and so on. Everyone knows he promised promotion for the Jacksonville visit. We all know he better promote her or it’s gonna get ugly.

But - you must admit - he is a fun Dude, and he fits the ACell Leadership Profile, and the HR written Leadership Competency....he just gets it done and hits his number.

So - If you other complainers would just buckle down, listen to you leadership and at least hit your number - let alone exceed it like the Southeast - you would be enjoying the life D is as well. Then everything just seems to lighten up.... more programs, more approvals or shows.

So get off your ass and do what Patrick, Bill and Ed are demanding.

Get It Done!

Laughable. Only at Acell.

i can tell you what competitive reps think of Acell...bottom feeders of the regenerative niche w a shite product ‘most’ surgeons laugh at. I emphasize most because at least your company is smart enough to sign a few KOL’s and buy your way into the market. I’m willing to bet the majority of Acell reps make pharma money at best, but hey, it’s still cool to wear scrubs to work every day!!
