Too funny. Just tell you kid not to live their life with blind loyalty. Plenty of great paying options outside of jnj, with a much better quality of life. To be honest, if you have been around as long as you claim, you should know that.

Taking it in the teeth every couple of years for a multi billion dollar company because you think one day you might get a pension is not loyalty, it's stupidity. You and your work are simply a WWID number on a spreadsheet to them, and nothing more.
 




We are all just a number. It doesn't matter if you made your number or not. Yesterday was a complete joke. Just look at who retained a job and who got axed. It just shows us all that this ship as sunk. Now we can look foward to going through this again next November. I guess everyone needs to polish up on their BJ skills if you want a job around here! I know the perfect person to train you if you anyone needs help.
