and you all know who I am talking about. My RBM told me to avoid him and only toe the Company line if he showed up. It seemed Upper Management didn't know who he was but were certainly wary of him. He seemed to have a lot of info according to folks on my flight.
He was on the down low from Paul Bisaro trying to get a feel for what is happening in sales. RBM's were freaking out. One more reason this company is terrible, not for their people, and that POA was a complete and total failure. Morale couldn't be worse right now, I didn't hear one single thing the entire week from a salesperson that was positive.
I have to agree unfortunately, even though I would typically say if you are unhappy leave. This is the most disorganized cluster of a company in pharma history. Can't blame anyone for leaving. The merger is the only positive thing happening.
