Why does anyone still work for this shit show?

Bad products, bad management, ever changing territories and layoffs, layoffs, layoffs. There has been a position open in my territory for six months. Three offers made and three candidates said no thanks. That's pretty embarrassing. One of the candidates was unemployed and still turned it down!

 

Yes, the pipeline sucks and RL and KK are clueless. But there are some pretty cool DM's here, so that's why I stay. I like who I report to. Simple as that.
