This company and its "leader" are so out of touch. I thank God I am no longer working for an organization that cares more about drag queens, pronouns and fake holidays than business.

don’t worry. It’s not real. Just a smoke screen that provides cover for price gouging, profiteering and other illicit or questionable activities.

it’s how all weak leaders operate.

Good to see company leadership cheering that females now make up 55% of Jazz’s workforce. All of the DEIB efforts are paying off! But I wonder what their goal is? 60%? 70%? I’ll be waiting patiently to hear how males are underrepresented and that other privileged groups need to become an ally to help uplift them.

I agree. The last 3 hiring classes had more than half the classes being LGBTQ+. Can we just pick the best candidates going forward?

Not true at all. And what makes you think they weren’t the most qualified? If you don’t align with the culture here then please leave. You’ll only say that here, you’re to chicken shit to say anywhere else.

So glad to see the rotund one finally bring attention to the long-neglected European Day of Languages. It’s clearly so much more important and meaningful than our insignificant little holidays here in the US. I mean, why would he bother even mentioning such trivial days of remembrance like Veterans Day, Independence Day, and especially Memorial Day. You know, that annoying holiday recognizing the brave men and women of the military who fought and died for the freedoms he enjoys, like co-founding a multi-billion-dollar company. At least he hopes we enjoyed the long weekend. How pathetic. So yes, please BC, continue to give us even more reasons for this to be the best place we’ve ever worked by recognizing Diversity Day in Swaziland, Constitution Day in Lichtenstein, and Clean the Sidewalks Day in San Francisco. Why does he hate America so much?

DEIB at Jazz = incompetent hires and employees that spew being a victim. Hire the most competent person for the position regardless. So many are suffering from poor leadership because of a checkbox goal. Can't make this a great place to work when oncology leadership doesn't address what is happening in the field.

Still is the best place to work. 2 people aren’t happy and they spew their disgruntled BS on CF. Still cash their paychecks every 2 weeks!

So one person is happy and spews their rose-colored BS on CF. The only way this could be the best place you’ve ever worked is if it’s the only place you’ve ever worked.

When I worked at Jazz I was told over and over and over again how great the culture is. But when I looked around I didn't see it and I was puzzled. So I turned to the internet for research and I learned about Bill. And it turns out it's literally the worst culture I was ever a part of over 6 companies and 20 years in the business. It made the big pharma stops along the way seem normal.

I feel sorry for people at Jazz that have been made to believe they're in a great place. I can only guess it's a manifestation of the Peter principle.
