Greg Mosher is gone. New ABD - Chris Sweeney. I don't really care who's ABD. Can anyone tell who Chris Sweeney, what's the management style and what to expect?

OMG no way. Ex 13 year forest under him here. I'm going to share some valuable insight right now.
NEVER give him the impression you don't 100% not only agree with anything he says but that you think everything he says or does is brilliant. I'm very serious.
Act young & sharp but naive. He doesn't dig the over 35 or God forbid 40 set.
Worship him if you want to stay or get ahead.

He's very handsome.

THIS IS TOTALLY ACCURATE!!! He likes them young and dumb. He likes robots. Just be a yes man with no original thoughts and you are good to go. Lots of calls, signatures, and you are golden.

Seriously, I work for him right now and all of the above are so so so accurate. He is SO micromanaging. Makes you do TONS of spread sheets and wants them by Sunday night. Which means a lot of times you're doing work on the weekends. A lot of forest was wishing he would be cut but we got the opposite, he was promoted. Prepare for a miserable work environment with 11-12 call averages with 80% signatures.

So obviously project liberate did not apply to him or he ignored it. Great to know this will serve as the west coasts 2 weeks notice.
 


If you're over 35 you've got problems. He's almost 50 but of course he is exception. He told his entire region of 100 that he doesn't care about tenure & likes young hungry reps. He means if you better do what he says 100% of the time or you're GONE or best scenario NEVER PROMOTED. Mark it down. He's called "the puppetmaster". This is my worst nightmare

You don't care? You will soon. Everything above is true. Search the f Rx thread. He got a lot removed but plenty left. Brush up on your excel, success story, & role playing skills. He will ask every DM to rank their reps every quarter. If you're last say hello to hell. Everyone's eval scores are about to drop. He likes em low so he can write you up if he wants. Don't be fooled by good looks & charm. Soulless

The beautiful thing is Mr sweeney or Dunn I should say, won't have the LA and San Diego territory to mask his inabilities anymore. Now you got to perform, first agenda item, address the Pacific northwest, they will all feel the wrath.

OK I will elaborate, 15 years with a sh*tty company like Forest means he is part of what made Forest the laughing stalk to pharma. However if you think Forest equates to great professionals then stay & see if you make it.

Ok idiot here it is clear & simple “stalk” instead of “stock” was on purpose as it is a pun. I understand you are slow so here it is…Chris Sweeney the wonderful Forest ABD will “stalk” your every move hence the usage to the work “stalk” instead of “stock”. Since you are claiming to be with Actavis, you should fit right into the Forest. I mean the defunct company and not the wooded grounds, just so there’s no confusion.
 


When you first get to know him you'll likely think-he's so cool! So smart! So handsome! So sincere!
He may be all or some of that at times but take note-do it his way! DO NOT challenge or question his "way"-ever. You'll regret it if you want to keep your job.
