New Women's Health Positions through Syneos

I applied for one of the new women's health positions through the contract company, Syneos (direct hire). Has the culture here changed at all, or is it still pretty awful??? If someone could give me some info., it would be so appreciated. Thanks so much!

This company has a few lawsuits currently. I am sure with the jerk reactions they have, they will dig themselves into many holes. They are not a company for the employees. They will look at your GPS and you calls and compare. Don't think you will be given any leeway.. This company is would up tight.. They don't pay bonuses and want you to work hourly job here. This may look like a salary job, but it is 8-5... This right here is a class action lawsuit. Other major Pharma companies have been sued for this and lost!!!

Most of rumors are true. Terrible culture, GPS in cars because they don't know what they are doing, and so they choose to micromanage and only look at Reach and Frequency (very old clueless Wall Street fallback when they don't know what to do). VERY cheap company, would not be surprised if you had roommates at meetings to cut costs again. About to launch some new product and may give you $250.00/month for lunches and then use the reps as excuse for a terrible launch. They do NOT pay bonuses (again, don't know what they are doing, so set huge clueless goals, and 80% of reps are less than 50% to goal! Who's fault is that?). Benefits are terrible for the USA, and salary not worth the pressure and Big Brother watching everything.

I've heard repeatedly that they consistently screw the reps on bonuses. I could stand the low salary if I knew there would be a decent bonus, but that is questionable. Sounds like jumping into the fire (plus I would hate having a GPS in my car watching every move, no trust, screw them).

do you still work there? i was talking to a current rep i know and they said things are positive, and that a bunch of people got paid out on bonuses recently too... i mean you know who's on this website, us looking for jobs and those with nothing good to say- so it's hard to take serious when it seems like the same 2-3 people posting again and again.

and does anyone know what changes the new solosec product might bring?

We’ve got a new product coming and things really are much better than you make it sound. “Nobody making bonus and they watch your every move”? Not if you do your job. Go spam the boards of your “better” company and get over Lupin already
 


Hello, well I am still employed by Lupin.. And I will tell it to you straight.. As far as Lupin.. they have two great management people.. well three if you count one in HR.. so that would be Michelle the Area Director.. Melissa the West manager and Karen in HR.. As far as Benefits.. not too good.. the worst part is the sick time has to be used for vacation if you get sick.. That is horrible.. GPS trackers yes.. but they really use them for insurance purposes.. not to track you.. however if you aren't doing your job, I am sure they would use it to look for a way to fire you.. As far as Bonus... they can't seem to get the data and numbers in creating goals accurately.. When you look at the field force and your #1 guy is at 90% that is a problem.. Majority of the filed force is 60/70%.. Not really the sales people's fault.. I think the quality of the sales reps is very good here. It is not the sales people that create the straight up quota on a 70 year old drug that has gone from $2 to $68 dollar.. Now yes they are coming out with a new BV drug.. the problem is if you look at the data the drug is about a 68% success rate.. that is not really very good.. however maybe there will be better studies out soon. Lets just hope they don't our price themselves in the market.. I think that is enough info to set you up to think for yourselves if this is the place for you.. I also have heard that Tom Gavin is a horrible manager and if you linkedin the people that work in his division you will hear about how he manages.. BIG MICRO.. Other than that Good luck..

Maybe this why
The silence should tell you, the GPS is a big issue, if you bring it up, it's a career limiting move, if you ask about it in the interview, you don't get a job, oppression and intimidation, what a great working environment (while not paying you a bonus).
