I hate what this place has become. I've been here awhile and we are all helping each other interview to get out. The type of people you brought over are not the type of party most of us want to join! Horrible and demeaning is correct! Ya'll are heading for an employee relations suit if this shit keeps up. They are terrible to us..and I'm a high performer. Need to get out. Ya'll don't care anyway. This place is in BAD shape.
 




Sun folks must have skipped looking at the books prior to joining. Coming over to a 1 trick pony is not a win for anyone. Wining and dining with doctors will get docs to write. Getting a patient to pay $3.00 a day for a 1 mm. lift is not worth it for most. C suite is selling assets to pay for all the Sun fun but will eventually break the bank. A whole 44 scripts in 1 day will be lucky to pay for the lunches.

They may have run away from Sun and came here for lying Ryan but they will be laid off soon. It happens every single year here

Problem is c suite has been trying to sell assets for a year and nobody is buying. They will burn through all the cash won’t be able to refinance More debt and become illiquid. All the script writing in the world won’t move the needle if the consumer doesn’t feel the need or wants to pay the price
 




This was the worst mistake bringing all these people over. To answer the original poster, we are completely divided and actually they make it known to us that we are losers. Prove yourselves 1st ... the trajectory has not been that quick or rapid with u people...unscrupulous!. The numbers are up for the most part because of our folks who loved this company at 1 point. No longer. We are all looking.

Anyone with talent and the slightest business acumen would never have taken a job here after reading the financial statements.. The product is an OTC molecule (think Afrin) that RVL now requires a script and it is the only product left to sell. Not a single other ophthalmology drug and all other: neuro- generic loss leaders. Sitting back and watching is easy. No need to take notes you can't save a failed launch

The joke is on them. They were not bright enough to check out the company before they joined. When it goes into bankruptcy not only will the $3shares and stock"rewards" be worthless - no health insurance for their families through COBRA mandated either.
