Stop this guy from becoming Onco CBL lead.
Also let David Peacock know how some of the MD’s like peters, Stylianou and Rehan Khan are all undeserving to hold the position they are in, manipulative and be shown the door ASAP. Noora can lead them out of the door.
 


Would be interesting to see a case study on Kyles career. What roles he did, the business performance, staff feedback, development of people, HR complaints and what got him the next role?

I think it will be hard to show that outside having his old boys club, he did nothing to get these roles.

same type of case study could be tried on many senior leaders.

I want to encourage we improve the regional team at this critic phase. We lost 3-4 staff in regional marketing and need stronger ones to backfill and genuinely support us in the markets. Not much help shared and we do not want just want messengers or translator for global emails. What’s the point. Wastage is high in the region. Hire external talent that know how to work with markets.

really amazing how this company increases grades of people the higher the incompetence!!
Oncology could have been so much more if we had a regional team that provided ANYTHING to us. Herald, Seng, Shilpa left. I can’t think of anything they have helped us with in the past years. Only ask me for more and more slides but give me and my team nothing at all.

leadership - simply ask what they did for us and then CHECK with us if they did what they claim. Taking credit for access and doing nothing for us the whole time AT ALL.

@David Peacock, was nice to see your update on LinkedIn and move to AP region. If you are serious and care to improve the region, please see all the posts in this thread and also in the 10 most incompetent managers. It will tell you how employees feel about some of the regional folks and the MD’s who have zero talent and are there only for reasons best known to people who appointed them. Start the spring clean and rid the region of sycophants and mediocre talents. We are more than happy to give you the names should you wish to know and all you have to do is to post the question here. Good luck and please don’t save people accused of sexual harassment like how it happened in the past. It’s an insult to all the women.

we will see. My job is safe and I and my teams work hard. Shilpa is about to be caught out. She knows nothing. With stronger leadership in now to ask the right questions - there is no where for this idiot to hide

Drive real diversity. Not just polished fake MDs and useless regional marketing
Remove and replace all policy
Fire HR

One hundred percent from first hand experience I can say Dorthe and Kyle represent all that is messed up with leadership in this company. I have heard them both bad mouth staff behind their back in the MOST unprofessional way. They had zero insight into our markets and offered no support or guidance but instead pushed fear and pressure. Whomever started this thread I commend you and I will share this with more of our staff. Noora?? Who is she?? Useless HR.

if you won’t listen to us, we will elevate our concerns here. Looking forward to working directly with David and hope he learns from mistakes from the recent past.

sycophancy at its best! Sack the lot and bring dynamic and sincere leaders. We soldiers have suffered enough by the current lot. Sacking Dorothe is probably one of the best thing to happen. More should go.
