Kyle Tattle & Associates

Well this is indeed funny. I’m in the Aus organisation and agree with so much of what’s been written. Our leadership actively avoided connecting with the region and in the time of Dorthe and Kyle we hated any regional contact. Kyle nor his team didn’t help us at all with reimbursement challenges and as for Dorthe… let’s just say her finance lead did the talking. A real party of lapdogs both these “leaders” preferred around them.

oh and then the mandatory meet and greet the talent gesture from Noora. Yes what a waste of space that one is. We are extremely lucky to have HR leads here that work by a higher standard. We know how you treated a number of our Aus colleagues in the region and it’s not very people centric!

Agree with most of what you said but for one thing. One of your own, a good for nothing, big time sucker of senior leadership, who in spite of failing miserably as BUD in Taiwan got rewarded with a MD job. We hear that no one in Aus wanted him back and same with a few others who eventually left the company.
Noora is a joke and ain’t worth wasting words and the news is that she is already playing her tricks with David and he has apparently fallen for it.

Just lucky we have Keytruda. Even with no help and support the poor patients found a way to pay for this
Nothing brilliant about anything Oncology did regionally. Such a waste of money and resources with who is left. Seng and Harald there to help our access and policy… ZERO SUPPORT

And then there is Shilpa……MINUS ZERO

Not all regionals folks are bad. There 1-2 regional colleagues who are genuine and helpful. But I feel current team is weak now. Not much experience. Worrying signs

our review with Korea yesterday was a nice change and more postive. Funny to still see Kevin suck up so much. Such weak leader in our view. Like the team there but Kevin is a actor

Peters is softer person than Avi and we all like him and he tries to be Korean making us feel good

But I think Avi has much more business brain and understanding than Peters who just want to be liked. Avi is tough on business cases but Peters does not much understand any disease area

He rely on team to give him simple message and likes photo with stakeholder that’s it

This regional team is dead. Bring back the old team or hire real leaders

Yes very frustrating now as for too long we have RCLs that don’t give any support. I don’t think it’s because they don’t want to but it more about they don’t know how to and have no knowledge. When will enough be enough

Jason Herring could come to a market and support each franchise. We now have RCLs that do not even know their own disease area and do nothing but pass global emails and ask for number to support their own profile with bosses. Useless

please someone name one good regional marketing lead ??? Please???

The team now is inexperience and ask irrelevant or no questions. No value add.

couldn’t agree much more. You are right totally. Then on top of inexperience you have weak HR

some of these people are also not junior. They are simply lacking skill. Vaccine RCL has no ability to talk to markets and just request info constantly but does no support. She was like this for HAC also from what I learned but no more failure in a more important franchise of vaccine. Should give Heather vaccine role and send this one back to Korea

This one is super useless I agree. Don’t know how she get regional role at all. I have so many email from her when she was HAC lead asking for thing but giving nothing.

NOORA - It’s international womens day

please can you break the bias by leaving? You are giving all of us women who actually work hard and have talent a bad name

#BREAKTHEBIAS

So Ester leave for AP Access role with rival when we have vacancy. Let me guess, some white person with no skill will take role.

again no role for any local talent in this region. Michelle Tan leave for good role because no development here? Anyone good we let go and keep the trashbags which role will George receive next? Sure you will care for him

I like the new President, David. Let be fair to him and allow him to know the team. These people were not hired by him and he can not get all of them out.

I agree Hyunji is not ready at all to work with people just like in Korea. She only move around due to Avi but achieved none in any role. Just took credit and did not know business. But she is not bad person just low level of skill that is all. The region do need to begin to give value again. Last time we were engaged with region people was 6 year ago with Jan. think David will be good like Jan

message to David
1. Assess HR team
2. Challenge RCLs on what they do
3. Push some MD to know business
4. Policy Access do nothing in region. Herald is so poor in Oncology and you make him ED?

RCLs?????? - TOTALLY USELESS. Really have lost their way. I wonder what is in their yearly objectives because I’m getting no value from this lot of people

We lost Michele Tan who was so helpful and connected to markets. Only RCL acting this way. They never help her at all in the region and as usual they make the aggressive Europeans lead CMO role. No country listen to Yves in vaccine we just take his call and then do our thing now we have equal useless but less loud Hyunji. Least Yves pretend to show knowledge in vaccine, Hyunji cannot even now our own portfolio. She didn’t not know hospital business before either but gets given vaccines?? So what is Yves doing to support us by the way? Just sending more KPI? Or talking loud and firm in front of bosses? What jokes. Look at Michele role now , other coming straight away recognize her but here she was nothing. Racist people
