Ride alongs are happening way too often! Especially when we’re in rare disease. Doctors don’t appreciate and argenx really should consider decreasing them to a few times a year. Anymore than that makes us big pharma!!! Nobody joined argenx for a big pharma culture!

Right? There is a short staffing issue everywhere. Last thing an HCP needs is a useless manager in b their office.
 














The so-called "listening tour" is a joke. Rebecca wants to convince herself and others that all is okay. It is not when people get called out for what they say, the concerns that they express- that is not a listening tour- that is a gotcha tour. People are willing to tell the truth if you make it safe- something that the leaders at argenx do not know how to do- optics is what is important. The level of fear and discontent in this organization is so high- among not just field but home office. Similar issues were brought up to Rebecca last year- she knows very well what they were- she is lying when she says she doesn't know. No need for that- everybody here just wants the culture to reflect what the leaders preach- and it does not!!!!!

Rebecca has never been fit for this position. Now that Keith is gone perhaps there is an opportunity to rid this company of the toxic leadership - doubtful but one can dream.
 


Tim, like some of the other leaders, will say people are important but does not like to hear bad news. He wants to pretend all is good. He is afraid of hearing or seeing what is really going on. Saying you value people, working them to the bone, not doing much to support them, and then only hearing what you want is not leadership- it is management by fear.
