The GC was paid 5M retention bonus last Dec, not a secret.. check EDGAR. It's totally appropriate because we need legal representation when the govt is on our backs.

call it what you want, but $5M seems a little excessive for a retention bonus for GC anywhere. Sounds more like hush money. Did they get a board seat with Burisma as well?

Where to start -
-Promoting off label. Recommending unapproved IMM. And pushing dialysis patients promoting unapproved studies
-Using MSLs as selling tools. Every reps is/was told by their ADs to sell with their MSLs. Majority of SAMs will tell you they just have their MSL sell during calls
-Calling or texting MSLs during calls to talk to providers
-Falsifying information on PEFs to get credit. Mid levels with no affiliation to Nephrologists but listed on the PEF. Patients don’t even have CKD
-Buying meals and gift cards to identify patients
-Setting up fake COD calls and speaker programs
-Buying alcohol for program attendees
-Falsely reporting 340B vials
-Spread conversations from ADSOCs
-Patient info shared by pals

Amgen has no idea of the crooked shit Horizon does. Can’t wait for heads to roll when shit hits the fan
 




Funny - of the shit posted your comment is about the misnaming the RMDs. You know it's all true. If they were to subpoena the cell phone records of all the RMDs they would capture a ton of off label and non compliant conversations. I've saved a bunch from my RMD and AD just in case.
