New Opportunity Expansion?

You know this is probably a once in a lifetime opportunity. I can appreciate why you might wanna know some of the nuances around compensation, but seriously if you’re asking about the drug you don’t know much. The product is excellent. There’s a huge unmet need, and we’re just about ready to get outcomes data in the label which will not only garner a 300 million payment from the Japanese, but also gave us a huge leg up to move forward here in the great United States of America. It’s a no brainer.

Well well. The one leg up guy is back with his propaganda and over the top bs statements of Esperion success. He's been saying the same shit for 3 years. If I were him I would be more worried about the earnings call tomorrow

Yes.
And the One leg up guy has been walking his dog too often near fire hydrants.

This thread is very confusing. I’m looking into the opportunity right now with the company and I got to say that it seems like things look pretty good. I know there have been some challenges in the past, but I’m looking forward. It seems like there’s a lot of upside, a lot of potential and yeah, sure still some risk but Clearly the outcomes data is going to help secure the financial future of the company as well as provide the launchpad that is needed to overcome the challenges from trying to launch during Covid.

And people talk about some atrocities that were allegedly committed in the initial hiring phase of four years ago, but come on man that’s a long time ago. I’m all about what have you done for me lately and what is this looking like going forward and I just think that things look good!

What a jackass! Upside, uptick, momentum! It's all the same BS that's been said for 3 years. And stop blaming Covid. Do your research and look at launches in 2020. Esperion failed not only with the launch but hired pharma drifters and subpar reps. The data hasn't moved the needle

How does it compare to your three-year journey of crying because you were not hired, Karen?

I looking for some insights as I prepare to interview. Can anyone share what the corporate culture is like, how the initial training is structured, and also how focused management is on KPI’s? I’m sure that there are some micromanagers, but I don’t know if this is part of the culture or more managers specific. I really don’t wanna get involved in another Big Pharma culture, it seems like the size of this company may be just right.

There is a lot of expansion underway, and folks are jumping ship from the likes of nvs for just the reasons you mention. The culture here will definitely awaken the animal spirits, it’s an eat what you kill mentality that real salespeople thrive in. The “kpi” that counts is sales, how you get there is your business. There is value and emphasis placed on having a plan, but it’s mostly focused on your identification of who can drive your business and the subsequent follow-up on your initiatives. Best of luck to you!

Thanks Ann Arbor for your weekly BS comments. It's so obvious and desperate to keep posting these over the top posts when every recruiter that's worth a crap stays away from Esperion. This is a dysfunctional company hanging by a thread waiting for a court case to be settled. Always has their cup in their hand begging for money.

Thanks for your input, Karen.

Thanks my recruiter thinks this is just the type of opportunity that would lead to greater job satisfaction. I’m so bored with big pharma and I like the idea of joining what is in essence a start up with potential. This definitely supports my desire to pursue this further.

Fire your recruiter!! He couldn't pick a winner in a one horse race. You sound perfect for Esperion. Gullible, a little slow on the uptake , sketchy work history along with a pattern of incompetence will put you in the driver's seat for Esperion. Good luck as your going to need it.

Nice try. 10 pts for creativity. Nobody in their right mind would work here.
