Heard that Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma have lost like 8 people this week alone and there is more to come. Understand why you would want to leave on Dallas but the other areas is crazy. They said the 1 number rep in the county from Dallas left. That’s not a good look or sign when you’re sitting so high guaranteed to win a trip. Well hopefully I am not far behind!!
 










Oh yeah - for sure. If it was cardiorenal and Dallas - no surprises there - nobody would want to stay working for that Leeselelen manager in Dallas. Funny enough, know first hand that Dallas manager has tried to get out of bayer - has interviewed for countless mgr jobs - I would know - and bc her numbers look good - - you think she would have landed somewhere by now - but her reputation has now caught up to her for all the vile things - she has done to those poor people on her team. How many people have left that team?
Nobody will touch her with a ten foot pool - and nor should they - karma - it always comes back around to bite ya. Hope she Enjoys riding that Bayer ship down bc everyone in pharma has her number.

Most of the time at most companies, awards are grossed up. For example, you win $500 in a sales contest. It gets grossed to say $650 on your earnings statement under gross earnings. You only net $500, but on your W2 it would be included as $650 in the total gross earnings with that $150 going towards income taxes. Very commonly done for award and trips. Former Sales Operations manager.
 








Y’all are fools!! No one is going on trips this year. Bayer lost 8.5 billion in stock last week. Y’all talking about trips that shit is funny. Y’all better hope you even get your bonuses
 


Bayer has a legal obligation to provide the trip, but it would be better if they just gave the winners money for their own trip and paid vacation days for those left standing. Those who lose their jobs should also be comped out.
The optics would be so much better for the Bayer organization going through this massive downsizing.

Napoleon Anderson at Genentech, I’d say jump ship if you have the capacity, he has no regard for us as human beings who know our markets better than the marketing schleps or ZS who he seeks guidance from. His legacy goes back to Biogen and look how that company has turned out.

You obviously didn’t study law in school. They are obligated to give you shit. They can change it anytime they want if. Honestly it’s embarrassing that you even put that in this thread
