OMG, between all the buddy hires and clueless big pharmatards that just backfilled all the folks who jumped, this place is becoming a black hole for customers and patients. No one knows how to do anything anymore. I wonder how many lunches the "CTAM's" are doing with their community customers? Fake it until you make it!

Culture is terrible I thought things would change once were one team and really think its even worse. My new RAD asked me to drive by at ATC so they could log a visit!

Shut up and deliver me some Panera! Apparently dried up hacks like yourself are too archaic (or lazy) to get access to customers by actually bringing some clinical value. Instead, you are too busy feeding the faces of office staff who are not involved in therapy decisions. Good luck with that…

It's why all the top CTAM territories to goal are currently almost all former CTAS....duh

We had a good run, didn’t have to leave the house for 6 years! Now the only thing we are doing is interviewing to get out.

Its only a matter of time until they incorporate all kite into gilead onc or divest it on the cheap, hope the pp left have an exit strategy. Sad sad times at kite. If you disagree ask how many people have voluntarily left since Dec!!!

There will be another round of cuts/changes in the very near future. Sad what has happened here in such a short time.
