That's funny. You are assuming he is a leader. That's a joke. Good leaders listen and see what's happening around them and the make decisions. Not him, he came in guns a blazing, made some really bad directional moves and stalled any momentum we had. His actions have set this company back by years. Not only is he a horrible leader, but he is so arrogant that he thinks he is doing everything right. What a mess.

Who really cares at this point. He has come and gone and the damage was probably caused more on the bms side who dictated his marching orders, not that I am defending him. BMS does not know what to do with us nor care. What about the new gal in charge of us? Do any of us even remember her name or care? We are the red headed stepchild. It is obvious to everyone that there is no investment being made in us for the future, quite the contrary. We are on a sinking ship. I have no sympathy for anyone who cannot see this.
