Don't assume those of us that have left did not TRY to change things for the better when we realized this once great ship was on a course of disaster, But at every turn management LIED thru 2 layoffs while preaching faith from its reps. Those that returned the loyalty were subsequently canned merely minutes after the clever reverse "our time is now -no layoff here-" post 2010 layoff video at the NSM.
During feedback dinners, trips for team leaders at HQ, or regional POA', ANYONE that voiced "constructive criticism" were branded negative troublemakers unwilling to follow the feckless leadership and direction of leaders who could not launch nor forecast themselves out of a paper bag. We tried. And many of those who provided good intention feedback were shot via plans and the next round of layoffs. Takeda management failed us but the field paid the price.
Get out now, fool me once......
