Why don’t you quit if it’s so terrible?

    1. A lot of companies are in the red (hospitals included - I’m an Orthopedic and Spine Surgeon and our numbers are dismal)
    2. Why don’t you become the catalyst to change moral?
    3. How does HR impact your ability to sell me toys?
    4. There are no guarantees in life; deal with it
    5. I assure you, management is probably more embarrassed by you and your “salesmanship”
    6. Why would a company invest in new products if their current reps cannot sell what’s already in their bag? Here’s some advice: Sell what you have today if you want to enhance your offering in the future. BTW, your Shoulder is, hands down, the best on the market - but I’ve never seen the rep who sells it. I’ve only met Integra’s local Neurosurgery rep (he is very well respected throughout my hospital).
    7. Your management team knows exactly what they’re doing. The clueless one is you.
    8. Integra will always have some skin in the orthopedic space; I can’t say the same about you.

My advice to you: The problem is probably you. You just might not be the kind of rep we (as surgeons) want to spend time with. Show up everyday (like my SN, Stryker and Tornier reps do) and maybe your “luck” will change.
Attitude is everything with my team. If you cannot change your demeanor I’ll have my guys continue to call your Neurosugery rep if they need something; he is always around and his phone is always on.

    Good Luck

Yep that's awesome. I'm sure a lot of "surgeons" spend their valuable time trolling CafePharma. Please.....

What I mean is any successful surgeon would not take his time to respond, Rock on tool. Keep looking for a company to support you

Hmmm, pretty bold to put your office # on CP, kinda weird actually if it’s true, Dr. Charles Rafferty of the Connecticut Spine and disc institute. How do you know so much about our Total Shoulder Doctor of Spine and disc surgery? You either have way to much time on your hands or it’s a trap by some douche manager

Wait, you are using a Tornier shoulder (23% market share) and you think Integra (3% market share) is hands down the best??? You are obviously not a surgeon. No augments, no stemless, no pre-planning software, nothing is good about that shoulder and that is why no one is using it.
