What’s is it like? Good gig? Or no market for weight loss procedures?

Really! Some serious answers. These surgeons have been doing it for years. Why change now?

In my experience, the robot used for bariatrics was not as sticky with surgeons as other procedures but I never bet against Intuitive’s ability to create a market for the robot.

Generally speaking, most bariatric surgeons are pretty skilled. Robot not in huge demand currently in this segment. Sureform was shitting the bed here and there when I left last year. Especially for surgeons that use reinforcement. Better off holding our for a CR/thoracic spot.

These patients need a robot that can follow them around and get on them for being such disgusting and gross people, and then it terminates them after 3 months without at least 30% weight loss.
