I was contacted as well, somewhat red flag to me when I am basically making up my own package in the questionnaire. Tells me they're super new and unsure of next steps. Anyone else get that vibe?

What does that even mean " making up your own package?"
Amplity always makes you fill out a long questionnaire with information that is right on your resume. They are the so LAZY and incompetent.

Isn't it funny how they say "uncapped bonus" AS IF that's a big deal? All pharm co. have uncapped bonus! The all set the target number so high that the majority could not even hit it.

Do you even understand what the concept of “bonus payment” is? The fact that the majority CAN’T hit it is the entire point. Maybe sales isn’t the right role for you, slacker!

 

I was told the same + $650/month car allowance and mileage. It’s a “hybrid” role, so it sounds reasonable if I can work from home a few days a week.

 

The $650 sounds decent, but how big are territories?

 

Anyone else get salary info?

 

I was told $80k and uncapped bonus but then was told they changed the bonus structure and it’s no longer uncapped.

 

I applied last week but I have heard nothing yet. Does anyone know the hire date?

 

Hire date is mid-July. Managers haven’t even started in all territories. The recruiters are just starting to do interviews and decide who to pass on to the hiring managers.

 

they are pretty big. It takes 2.5 hours to drive to the other major area in my territory with a high concentration of physicians

 

Anyone started interviewing yet with a DM for any of these Hybrid openings??
