The word coming out of Mass. is that the amount of reps to be cut will be greater than everyone is thinking. This will be a rough road for many of us. Good luck to all !!

Sorry to see that the hiring and retention of questionable Adu reps are going to hurt a lot of MS and SMA reps.

Propping up the stock price temporarily by keeping Adu reps has consequences when things crater.

Will Biogen have to issue WARN Act notices so we have a heads up on layoffs?

It depends if enough people are considered MA-based for employment purposes.

100% fake news! That’s the goat boy on here trying to find a purpose in his meaningless life.

No WARN notice. Less than 50 reps per state.

You’ve been “WARN”ed for months this dog ain’t getting approved.

Wave 2 here, what’s it like to work in this division right now. Are you selling an MS medicine? If Adu gets approved I need to make a decision on leaving my current gig to come over.

Yes. You seem to keep up with all the latest information. Come over! Its a great time and you'll love it here!

Honestly it sounds like a complete cluster f*ck of a place to work. Seemed promising at the interview stage. But now you guys are selling MS drugs while profiling ADU accounts?

Ha! Complete cluster with the added bonus of our incompetent sales leadership. If we are this competitive now without a drug, can you imagine how ridiculous we will be if we do get one? We are focused on the wrong things, practically eating our young to check a box for an MBO that yields less than $100 (gross not even net) per point! My director has fostered competition between me and my sales colleagues and created such distrust with my OneBiogen team. No one works together to help each other. I’m doomed before I even start. I regret coming here and sadly hope we get denied. Easier to explain a layoff over a bad decision to a future employer.
